Order Processing Time:
Orders are shipped within 7 - 10 business days. We ask that
you place your order in advance. Orders may take longer
to process during the months of April - September due to
the height of the wedding season.
Special Note:
Some of our products are shipped directly from our supplier
in order to save our customers time and money. You may receive
your orders in multiple shipments.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are determined by the total value
of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental
United States. Your order will be shipped through
UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS at our discretion. A shipping chart
is located below. (We reserve the right to update and/or
change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available
at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot
ship to a P.O. Box address.
Hawaii & Alaska: Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska
have an additional $15.00 fee.
International Orders: At this time, we cannot ship
outside the United States.
Shipping Rates:
Ground Shipping: 3-10 business days. This does not
include order processing time.
Expedited Shipping: Please contact our customer
service for a shipping quote.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be assessed for
orders that are shipped within the state of Virginia (5%).
All other states are tax-exempt.
Special Charges: During the hot summer months, we
suggest you choose the option for the Styrofoam box in your
shipping options for an additional cost of $6.50.
We will not be responsible for melted bars. "Wrappers
Only" is a good option during the hot months and more
economical.

For checks and money orders, please make payable
to: Greetings & Favors, LLC. Please allow additional processing
time for payments in the form of checks or money orders.
Orders will be processed once the check or money order clears
our bank.
Return Policy:
When you receive your order, please inspect your items
carefully. We accept returns for items that are unopened,
non-personalized and non-dated up to 10 days after you
receive your order.
1) The item is defective. You must report a defective item
within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will replace
the item at no cost to you.
2) There is an error on the personalization that is the
fault of daisy-days.com. When you place your order, you
must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to
appear on your item. If the personalization on the items
matches the personalization information we received on your
order, we cannot accept the item(s) for return.
You will receive a full refund for returned items minus
the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping
costs. All items must be returned in original condition
and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return
shipment cannot be refunded.
Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product
from our store which is manufacturer defective or is damaged
during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable
product for you without charge.
